| Make a donation | MIGHTY TEAM JILL :) | I was initially diagnosed in August 2008 with a grade 2 oligoastrocytoma brain tumor after a surgical resection. I had a second surgery three years later in August 2011. I had a third surgery in January 2013, except now my tumor had advanced to a grade three anaplastic astrocytoma. I underwent radiation and physical therapy in 2013 after I recovered from my last surgery. I am and will keep a positive attitude as research is done to end brain tumors and brain cancer as it has been an interesting and grueling experience for me, my family, my caregivers, my colleagues, and my friends.
